ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
The product is already assembled, all you need to do is to remove the paper holding the folds compressed.
INSTALLATION
Installation is easy- just adjust the opening with the plastic stopper from the top and slide the lampshade over your energy-saving lightbulb.
MAINTENANCE
This lampshade can be cleaned using a feather-duster.
CAUTION
For safety reasons, the lampshade should be used only with cold light sources- energy saving lightbulbs or LED lightbulbs.
DELIVERY POLICY
Please allow five business days between ordering and shipping. All orders are shipped WITHOUT tracking or insurance as Small Parcel (air).
The estimated delivery days are as follows:
Europe – 2 to 9 business days
U.S. – 4 to 10 business days
All others – 6 to 10 business days
RETURN POLICY
Any item damaged or lost during shipment will be refunded or possibly repaired. If this arises, the buyer must contact us within 1 week of receiving the item.
A full refund except for the original shipping cost will be applied to undamaged returns if the lampshade is returned within 14 days of receipt of the item (this includes return shipping time). Return shipping and insurance is buyer’s responsibility. Condition of the item must be documented and the seller must be notified if the buyer wishes to arrange a return.
Certification: The lamp shades are handmade. The buyer is solely responsible for determining that any lampshade is suitable and/or safe for its intended use. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage(s) resulting from the use or misuse of any sold items.
